1) After I delete a voice mail message is there a way to skip to the next message w/o having to listen to the undelete message option?

2) Is there a way to re-program key 1 so that when it dials voice mail it pauses then auto dials the password?

Thanks for any and all help!

1. instead of hitting 7 to delete, hit 77 and it'll go to the next message.

2. Yeah you can you have to go into the voicemail settings on the BB and change it.

HOpe this helps,
Terry C.

Thanks Terry!

As for item #2, I must be missing it. Exactly how do I do this?

Thanks, Scott

for #2 it can't be done this way. the voicemail number (under phone application->options->voicemail) doesn't support pauses, but you can either:

a) set your voicemail to not need a password when calling from your own phone (not recommended for security reasons I wont get into here) this is done inside the viocemail system

or

b) create a new contact in your phone book with 8056377243pp then your password
for the "p"'s, click the scroll wheel and select "insert pause"
then go to the home screen and hold down a key you don't have a speed dial set to and select to assign a new contact to that key then select your new voicemail entry from the phone book.

Thanks Katrina! Shame that they don't let you edit it the way that you want.

Thanks again for your help!
