Auto upgrade time (Dash or sk3....... or MDA?)

These types of post come up all of the time and mine is a little different so bare with me...

I got and MDA...it is the **** and i will leave it at that... But over the past year i have had to have it replaced at 2 times (poor reception freezing, Stuff that i probably could have dealt with, but ****, the phone was expensive) Now T-mobile does something interesting when you get to the 3rd replacement.... they automatically upgrade you. So now I have a real problem, My headphone jack has a short in it so i cannot listen to the stereo headphones... So, when i called the rep this last time they told me that they would probably upgrade me to the dash or the sk3... I know what a windows phone can do so I am sold on the dash....But their is one ...

The dash is a Windows Mobile phone, but its a WM "Smart Phone Edition" version. Meaning no touch screen, no Word, no Excel, far fewer apps, etc. Neither the SK3 or the Dash can really replace most of the features of the MDA. Just so you know (if you didn't already)

the dash actully does have all microsoft office tools like excel word outlook but its view only in the office tools (in exception to outlook) and for fewer apps dont forget that there it is very new and there is actully quite a bit of third party tools you can get for it. the dash is awesome the only thing is diffrent is no touch screen but its is quite a bit alike the MDA. i would say Dash over SK3.

I refuse to sell the Sk3. It has a current issue with extreme echo, for which there is no current reslove. The Dash is of higher quality all around. If you like phones that work, I would go with the Dash
