The dash is a Windows Mobile phone, but its a WM "Smart Phone Edition" version. Meaning no touch screen, no Word, no Excel, far fewer apps, etc. Neither the SK3 or the Dash can really replace most of the features of the MDA. Just so you know (if you didn't already)

the dash actully does have all microsoft office tools like excel word outlook but its view only in the office tools (in exception to outlook) and for fewer apps dont forget that there it is very new and there is actully quite a bit of third party tools you can get for it. the dash is awesome the only thing is diffrent is no touch screen but its is quite a bit alike the MDA. i would say Dash over SK3.

I refuse to sell the Sk3. It has a current issue with extreme echo, for which there is no current reslove. The Dash is of higher quality all around. If you like phones that work, I would go with the Dash
