Multiple T-mobile SDA questions (SMS text, Instant messages, ring tones)

I'm trying to do a few things with my phone that I can't seem to get answers for from anyone else, so, I figured I would try the manufacturer directly. No luck. These questions are for the T-mobile SDA American version of the HTC Wizard being used through T-mobile service.

How can I transfer, via ActiveSync, the text messages I have on my phone, to my computer so I can store them on my laptop hard drive? Where are these SMS messages stored?

How can I transfer Instant Message conversations that have been saved through the Instant Message program provided from the factory for this device (powered by OZ), via the ActiveSync onto my laptop for later viewing?

How can I change my ring tones from the factory ring tones, to whatever .mp3 files I choose? The website information is inaccurate for this device.

Is there any additional software I need for my laptop so that the SMS files and Instant Messenger files that I desire to transfer off my phone onto my laptop, can be viewed?

It would be really wonderful if I could get some answers to these simple questions. Questions that no one else seems to want to take the time to answer.

Thanks to anyone that can help!

T Mobile sells the HTC Wizard as the MDA. The SDA is, if I remember right, the HTC Tornado. Which one do you have?

You're exactly right Katrina, I have the Tornado. It was a bit late when I was posting that. Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks, in advance, for the help!
