T-mo & android

how is it that the first carrier in the world to get android cant seem to get a decent android powered phone? Ever other carrier has passed them and continues to pass them with one bad ass device after another? Typical t-mo, always getting getting the short end of the stick.

Tmo is the !!ONLY!! company left that does this to it's customers. . .

Appearently Tmo is the only wireless company left that punishes it's customers for changing their rate plans by extending contracts. I asked if customers with Sprint have
*freedom* to make changes to their rate plans w/o it effecting a contract. Cause contracts are suppose to be for equipment upgrages !!ONLY!!

Tmo's the only one left that punishes it's customers for making a rate plan change.

Just out of curiosity...

...how many people (including roaming) does T-mobile cover? Just curious compared to at&t. I think Sprint & Verizon are pretty close in terms of voice & basic data when roaming areas are included. Just wondered if the T-mobile at&t agreements were about the same.

Even More Plus plan

Thinking of getting the Even More Plus plan with unlimited everything.

With regards to unlimited web. Is that a data plan or something else?

Maybe a dumb question. I am just confused since there is a Even More Plus 1500 Talk + Text + Web

Thanks!

IPHONE JULY?

I'm sure I don't need to capitalize the subject to get your attention as I am sure that anything with I-Phone gets pretty much everyone's attention. Let me get to the point.

I called T-Mobile today because my contract is up May 16 and I wanted to make sure that they didn't charge my card for the next month when I plan to switch to AT&T to get the I-Phone. I was told by a customer service agent that I shouldn't switch over because they are going to have the I-Phone available in July and that I would be given a big discount considering I haven't asked for an upgrade in 27 months.

My question is that I have heard if I-Phone was to come to T-Mobile that It wouldn't be able to go as fast as the I-Phone on AT&T due to certain network res...

data issues?

in the past couple of months i have been using an unlocked iphone with t-mobile. everything was working well until 2 days ago.

generally, an "E" is showing on the phone indicating EDGE. 2 days ago i started to notice that a small "o" is showing instead of the "E". when the "o" is showing the internet still works just really slow. i am guessing the "o" means GPRS?

the "E" comes back when i am not in my home area.

anyone got any ideas what is going on?

thanks!

What Carrier compares to T-Mobiles Plans?

There is not one person I know that currently has another carrier that doesn't have something negative to say about their carrier.

Does anyone know of another major carrier that has identical pricing More or Flexplans like T-Mobile?

We have to admit the $70 unlimited Talk and Text really works for our business. We can't be limited to calling cell phones and watching minutes. We need unlimited talk and text.

A unbiased suggestion is requested.

Thanks

Makin' Me MAD!

How about this, you are a regular contract customer who has lived out your two year agreement currently going month to month, you see our new plans and want to change. Of course you do!
We advise you that you must pay the one time fee to migrate to the new plan, it shows up on your next months bill. You agree, next month pay your fee and get your new plan.
Well sorry to let you know that if you had waited we wouldn't have charged the fee as of February 15th since you're a month to month customer.
Backwards? Yep, lawsuit? Maybe.

Nexus One

So you can either pay $529 and the monthly fee or $179 and sign a 2 year agreement at the normal monthly fee. I guess you are able to move to a different carrier?

switching?

So, I currently have sprint. I like them ok, but the service isn't that great, and the customer service is pretty bad, so I was considering switching to t-mobile, I've checked their coverage map and they seem to have good coverage.. Should I switch? What has your experience with t-mobile been like?

opinions.

I have a Samsung Behold. I've had it for about a year and I'm getting a little tired of it. I'm thinking of buying a blackberry pearl 8120... what are your thoughts?

I will use the scheduling, I'm constantly checking my work and personal email, I do use the web and did have the 8100 but got rid of it because it kept lagging and after sustaining alot of damage things starting falling apart.

OK GO!

Visual Voicemail?

How much is TMO's Visual Voicemail? I just went through their website and it said 'FREE'. 😳
I thought everyone else charged a couple bucks a month for visual voicemail?
Is this right TMO gives you free visual voicemail?
