Dear Blackberry CEO'S...

Ok, so I am using the 7105T, And I do love Black Berry. But I must say I expected more. You guys really should have figured out the edge chipset thing by now. This phone is way to similar to the 7100t to relaunch it as a new phone. Can U guys not make a personal version and a corporate version in the 7100 series? Put a camera on the thing. The screen is so clear but does not get taken advantage of because of the lack of a camera. Also, put in some more themes/ games, something to spice the phone up a little. Yes this phone is primarily for Business But if You guys did a few more subtle things people would be wanting to save their money for the new BB. Not the new Sidekick. Just a thought.
Sincerely, osofrench

Wait? Did someone mess with the 7105T?

Ok, when I first got the E-Mail from the RIM sales marketing Rep. I was told the 7105T is exactly like the 7100T except it is silver and black, and it adds edge wireless data. Today, I receive a batch of dummy 7105T's and on the feature list it says GPRS... What??? I don't get it. If thats the case I honestly can't think of a difference. Why would T-Mobile want an exclusive on a phone that is almost exactly the same as a phone we already carry??? Anyone know something about this that I don't? Cause, I'm really disappointed all of a sudden. ☹️

Which is Best??? And When???

Question:
When will another carrier come/expand into Montana? >>>(think about how necessary a cell is in the wide open spaces!)

Which carrier is the best in Hawaii?

Which phone in that case would you recommend?

Think about how much of a monopoly Verizon is right now in the Big Sky State!!!!

Picture a guy on a tractor miles away from...anything and hurts himself somehow and needs help.

Or a 15 year old girl's car breaks down (yes we can drive that early here) on the dirt road somewhere near NOTHING and needs to call daddy to come fix it.

Mom is in labor on a farm and needs to get to a hospital...

You get the idea right?!

Warrenty exchange

Ok so here is the story, my wife got the Samsung X475, But it had a defect in it, the phones key pad and screen had a 3-5 second delay in response, very irritating after awhile. She calls t-mobile, No problem they sen her another phone X475 through the warrent exchange, phone arrives. same problem.. only worse! now its 5-10 seconds keypad delay! so she sends off the old phone back to t-mobile, and calls t-mobile again to let them know she has sent off the old phone back, but the phone she just recieved has the same problem, but worse.

so they told her they will send out another one, but if it has the same prblem they will send her a differnt model.

Does anyone know what model they will probley send her? is it going to be more money or...

T-Mobile Unlocking???

Okay so I have Tmo service and I want to get a black razr. Im going to get a Cingular one because I can get one dirt cheap and I want to know if I call CC will they unlcok it for me. I know you can get an unlock every 90days but does this include other carriers phones? Also will I need to inform cc that its a Cingular phone . . . or more specific whats the process?

I dont think I need a cable to have it unlocked because when I put my Tmo sim into a cingular black razr, it asks for a code.

the problem with all prepaid

does everyone notice how when a new prepaid service is introduce and you think it's going to be a great service but soon as you get it something end up wrong. Here are the examples:

T-mobile :no games or music tones and coverage isn't everywhere as they say.costumer service too slow to answer.

boost :talk for like 45 seconds and automatically goes to 60.

cingular :takes minutes just even when browsing the web

verizon : talks 99 cent a day for in calling and cannot get any phone of your choice

virgin : doesn't give enough minutes and phones screen to small and mostly ugly.

ect.

t-mobile is the best coverage but I would at lease like to have music tones and voice records doesn.t play right.I wonder if a new preaid service g...

I need a new phone, upgrades?

Hi,

I've had service with T-Mobile for almost 2 years now. I've never upgraded the phone, I still have the Nokia 3595.

What do you consider to be the best phone that t-mobile carries? A good camera might be nice, but is not a hure priority.

When I went in to the t-mobile store a few months ago, they wanted 199.00 plus a one year contract for a razr!!

So, I've been a customer for 2 years, never upgraded.. and I get the same deal a NEW customer would? =(

Any advice? Thanks!

In case you didn't know...

I was initially subscribed to T-Mobile Web ($5.99), in order to have access to WAP pages, etc, via my cell phone. I then upgraded to T-Mobile Internet($19.99), in order to use an EDGE wireless data card with my laptop.

I knew I might still want to access WAP pages on my phone, so I left my T-Mobile Web subscription in place. T-Mobile did not tell me that this is NOT NECESSARY!

T-Mobile Internet INCLUDES T-Mobile Web (and t-zones).

850 Coverage Expanded

As part of an ongoing effort to provide customers with more coverage, T-Mobile has added over 320,000 square miles in coverage in 2005. The majority was added through 850 MHz roaming partnerships, primarily in the following markets:

Minneapolis/St. Paul
Indianapolis
Chicago
Detroit
Little Rock

An aggressive marketing campaign about additional coverage in select markets will be launched in the near future. T-Mobile plans to have extended its footprint by 45 percent due to roaming on 850 MHz.
Customers who have 850 enabled handsets will be able to take advantage of the additional roaming coverage. Current 850 Roaming enabled handsets are:

Phones: Motorola V188, Motorola V330, Nokia 3220, Nokia 3595, Nokia 6010, Nokia 6800...

Expanded Coverage in New Mexico

T-Mobile has expanded coverage along I-40 in eastern NM.

T-Mo's network ends in Wagon Wheel (just east of Moriarty). I went through there yesterday...my phone switched to Plateau Wireless, where before coverage used to end. I went as far east as Newkirk (about half-way between Santa Rosa and Tucumcari) and had coverage all the way.

Service on Plateau was generally very good, except I dropped once when being handed off from T-Mo to Plateau (there was also a valley there).

GSM coverage in New Mexico is expanding rapidly. It is pretty good when you can be in an old-Rte. 66 semi-ghost town in the middle of nowhere and still use a cell phone.

My confession and apology to this forum.

First of all I confess that I lied to all of you. I did apply and was turned down by T-Mobile. I was so upset because I made the mistake of putting all of my eggs into one basket and I got my hopes up too high. So I did the immature thing and vented here innapropriatley. Then I stirred up even more trouble afterwards and twisted things around and etc.

Second, and most important: I apologize for my behavior and for the negative things I said.

Finally I would like to wish all of you the best of luck. I am leaving the forums for good. Good luck to those of you who are trying to pursue a career with T-Mobile: may you be identified as the best! To those of you who are customers, enjoy your services and if you love your carrier, tel...

Asian people threatening cancellation

To all T-Mobile CCRs out there...a question for you. I am a newly promoted senior rep and experienced something I had to ask everyone else about?
I, before getting promoted, was taking a lot of calls from Asian people (I am not trying to sound racist about this) saying that they were going to cancel because Cingular is offering either a free activation fees or a month of service for free.
One of the reps on my new team after getting promoted said that there was a person who said they were getting a free month of service from Cingular. I asked, "Are they asian?" And they said yes.
Are any other reps (either store or customer care) getting these types of calls?
I finally started to advise my reps not to transfer them to retention bu...
