Phone Model #
HELP!! I am needing to find what model number a phone is. I'm trying to do a phone book transfer for a customer, and none of the numbers on the back tag of the phone are helping us out.
It is a Motorola, big honkin' black bar style phone, no color screen, pull up antenna, says the model number is H2SUAH6RR5AN. If it helps any of you reps out there identify this the IMEI is 000102292827120
Any feedback is appreciated!

...I answered your question, based on your description, in Shop Talk, but that IMEI does show as a i700+, sure you got it right?

As far as I know the Cellebrite machines do not support the older non-sim based iDen handsets. We certainly didn't have the cable for that series of phones.

Many of the older iDEN handsets with 3 digit model numbers like the i700 were referred to as Condors while the newer iDEN handsets like the i530, i730, i836 are called Falcons. I believe in order to use Condor handsets, you can use the data cable for Motorola handsets like the v60i.

Um, not really. The Condor phones were the ones that took the 32K SIM cards and had two digit model numbers, such as the i30 and i90 (and the various offshoots). Models such as the i700 and i1000 didn't use SIM cards at all.

the i700 and i1000 were eagle series phones, condors were the first sim based phones i30 i90 etc and falcons are the i730 and above...
