Nextel today began offering the BlackBerry 7520 from Research In Motion (RIM). The 7520 is similar to the 7510 model already offered by Nextel, with several key additions, including Bluetooth and GPS. The 7520 is Nextel's first Bluetooth device; the company is also planning to offer the Motorola i605 Bluetooth phone in coming months. Other upgrades over the 7510 include added memory and enhanced attachment viewing.
