Phone exchanges
If you buy a sprint phone off of ebay brand new, can you go to a sprint store and exchange it in 30 days or does it have to be bought from them in order to exchange it?...because how would they know, its there phone....brand new, u just dont have the reciept.???...anyone know what they will do?

ARE YOU SERIOUS!? 🤣 WE WILL KNOW BECAUSE WE DONT TAKE RETURNS UNLESS ITS FROM A CORP. STORE OR CUSTOMER CARE... STORES HAVE INVENTORY AND WHEN YOU BUY THE PHONE IN A STORE THE TRANSACTION NUMBER IS TIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. IF YOU BUY IT FROM TELESALES THEY PUT NOTES IN THE ACCOUNT STATING HOW MUCH YOU PAID AND HOW YOU PAID FOR IT..... HOW WOUDLNT WE KNOW???

Um yes they will know that is wasn't bought from them, if there is no reciept/or one found for that phone they will not exchange it.
The stores aren't stupid, nor the people in them. Please any future questions should be referred to your "supposed" friend that works at a Sprint store. If he helps you out with stuff like this then fine, but otherwise no it's not possible.

🤣 They'll laugh you right out of the store. How could you have a "friend" that works for Sprint and not know this stuff? If they can't track the serial number then it's clearly not from them and they'll send you back to the point of sale.

People who try to scam sprint are stupid just do what you have to do and pay your freaking bill. It kills me how many people come in my store and try to get over all it does is make it hard for the people who are not trying to cheat the system.
