yes you can. if you dial the number just press send then press end. after that close the flip and press button on the top of the phone thats a square. then scroll to that number. after you scroll to that number press the other button on the top of the phone thats a speaker. then you should be on speakerphone. to get rid of the speaker phone, just flip the phone open. to end the call when your in speakerphone mode push the button that is a square on top of the phone.

Actually there is an easier way to do what I think you want to do.

Go to Menu
Settings
Phone Calls
Scroll down to Flip Activation
Flip to End (Select Turn Off)
Then END

Now when you make a call you will select number as usual and send. You can close the flip once the line starts to ring and it will go through the speaker, now when you open the phone back up you will need to put the phone up to your head.
Note* You will need to end every call by touching the end key, not cosing the flip like before.
