ANN ARBOR, Mich.-The wireless industry posted a 3-percent year-over-year drop in customer satisfaction, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index ranking released by the Stephen M. Ross Business School at the University of Michigan in partnership with the American Society of Quality and consulting firm CFI Group.
Verizon Wireless posted the highest customer satisfaction result in the ranking with an index score of 67 out of 100. The result was a slight drop from the index score of 68 the carrier received last year but was still enough to top it...

This is an article from RCR Wireless. Looks like Nextel's customers aren't happy. I can see why. They're coverage, data and voice plans suck, and their phones are ugly!
