Yea, that would be false. The merger process has nothing to do with these affiliates suing. The FCC will clear it by the end of this month, sources have said, and the doj will probably clear it in early or late august. I bet those two regulators will just let sprint/Nextel fight it out with their affiliates. Worst comes to worst, sprint/Nextel will just buy them.
