YES it's true. We'll sorta. It depends which department you ended up in. B/c of different verification procedures ONLY customer care is able to give out personal account information but only to the person who's name is on the account. So if your name is NOT stated as an authorized contact -then CC is not able to get you authorized to be giving out personal information. (if that makes any sence)

it was the account holder speaking to customer care though. thats what got me 😕 I think that care agent was affraid to lose one more customer.
