i agree. so far everything looks fine, but i have been talking to many people with Rimm and other companies who have blackberry's and they have mixed opinions. rimm mentioned that they have a go around so that they wont affect those ntp patents that they were violiating, but we will see with that. i dont think that the injunction that they could be facing is fair becuase many people including gov. public safety officials and others use this device so it would be bad for those people as well as possibily putting rimm out of business.
