Question on $200 Cancelation Fee
Do you still have to pay the fee if you move to an area that has no service coverage. The closest place will be almost 100 miles away from where I will be living.

Some say 'yes', some say 'no'. There are a lot of previous postings in this forum on the subject. I think one of the final rulings was if you move to a place that has no service and you call the provider, you may be able to get out of it by faxing your utility bill and whatever else to prove you moved and they'll waive the ETF...

that is a tricky one.. i would think they should let you waive the cancelation fee, but in reality they dont have to becuase after the 14 day policy if you stay then your stuck by the contract..
