explain your customer's issue - I usually say something about how the customer loves Nextel but was upset about having to pay $36 just to stay with Nextel 2 more years, can we get it waived for them.... It 'always' works.
Just thought I would throw this out there to keep your customers happy. 😁
Oh, and I don't know if this works for corp., as I'm indirect.
