😡 New here, sorry for the long post, but I need suggestions. Nov 1, I called telesales and ordered a i870. It was to be delivered in 2 days. On the 4th day I still had not rec'd it and called back. Telesales informed me that the order had been canceled, but they would place the order again. I rec'd 2 phones. I tried to connect one of the phones with my car's bluetooth, but did not work properly. I called telesales and got a return authorization for both phones, and returned them within the 15 day trial. Whew thats a tough one! First of all please go to a retail store in the future. Gives you phone-in-hand instantly so you dont have to deal with that.

Besides that, I would talk to retention (account cancellation). They can probably issue a temp credit, or delete the charges altogether. retention has the power, as long as you talk to them with intentions to cancel if they tell you they cant do it.

Make a detailed record of the issue if you've not already done so. I think it may be time to send a registered letter with your situation to the executive escalations group - or whatever they're called.

All you do in this case,
Is call Finance,
Tell them what happend,
Ask them to put a dispute in for you,
This will allow the one extra phone that got sent to be not held against you,
So when you return the other phone and wait for your credit to apear on the bill, so its not held against you at all.

Not sure why you would call Finance for the first part, but in the future in regards to orders done through Telesales, go through Order Support, they SHOULD be able to fix it.

That's unusal, because mine was messed up once like that, but they were very helpful. I had my return slips and tracking numbers, so it was easy. Did you save all that?

Actually, your acct will be credited as soon as the phones are received back in the warehouse. I would assume you have this resloved by now.
