SMS/MMS from Alltel 2 T-Moe
Listen.What I want 2 do is send a standard icon 2 a different carrier. It works Alltel 2 Alltel but not others. Already delt w/ TS but I know thers a way. Just want help or input.

I think the phone on the other end needs to be using the same .gif files for it to work, otherwise the phone doesn't understand it, and won't display it.

You Know that could be. I talked 2 TS, they shot me the ICON. Iried other fons & it only seemed 2 work Alltel 2 alltel. I guess I need her to change up. Thanks 2 ur input. Any updates, let me know.

We're both in El Paso Tx. I thought about trying 2 convert away from T-Moe but tou know, contracts & all. There's still got 2 b a way 2 send inter-carrier, not just intra-carrier.

Check and see if you have the option to send as a MMS message vs. a Short message. That may help, assuming that the phone understands what it's being told.
The likely problem is the language of the phones, or the language that they understand, Java vs. Brew, though, so don't expect much.
