Seriously How stupid can the people at alltel be?????
My 6235i is having issues with the icons on the menu disappearing so I called in to get a repalcement sent to me. The guy was so dumb he kept saying ok so you have a Nokia 3587 and I was like NO IDIOT i have a 6235 and so the replacement phone came today and guess what it was....? A nokia 3587.... a crappy 3 yr old phone. So I called in and now they have to send me another phone and then I sent back the wrong phone but seriously how stupid can you be to get those two phones confused!?!??

yes I have but I had been trouble shooting the 6235 with the guy for over an hour before they just said i will send you a warranty replacement.... and he had one in front of him and said stuff like this joystick is hard to use, etc
...
It's possible they did not have any of your phones available to send out...so they sent you that instead.
