How good/bad is the AX8600???

I am eligible to upgrade and I have played with all phones Alltel carrys and I'm fixed on the 8600. However I would like to hear some pros and cons...My other option is the Razr or Samsung 520...Please help....I'm stuck 😕

I work for Alltel corporate. I have two lines of service with them, both on RAZR's, one business line and one personal line. I had the choice of anything in the store, and the RAZR did it for me. The LG 8600 gets a lot of attention, in the three colors, but the gold is being discontinued by Alltel because of a problem with the paint chipping. The green and blue ones apparently are OK. I've seen several 8600's returned for poor performance (I'm in the Shenandoah Valley in VA), but the only time I've had problems with the RAZR's is for insurance replacements when the phone was lost, or eligible for a contract upgrade. I have also sold several Samsung phones, a 520 a couple of times. No problems with the Sammy's at all, but I will still ...

I work as an idirect agent in Ohio, so i know about the gold. I'm thinking green. Thanks for your advice. Have you had any issues with the Samsung 520 battery?The ones we have come back with dead batteries and upset customers.

No problem with any phone regarding a battery issue so far, but I'll keep on top of it.
If I were to go with an 8600, I probably would have chosen the blue (I really don't care for that shade of green, although the women love it), but now that there is going to be a silver model, I might warm up to that. Still, I really do like the MOTORAZR, and I have one in red for my business line, and silver for my personal phone. I just don't have any problem at all with Motorola product, unlike some people who absolutely hate every single model.

Well I must be considering it because I'm a woman.
Motorola are almost the luck of the draw.My cousin is on her third XBM with a silver razr and I have had to do two XBM for the same customer on a E815.But my boss loves his razr.
