Alltel is in michigan. I am in muskegon, and alltel has the best service over here on the west side of the state. even up north they are very good. plus they use verizon towers to roam. alltel entered the michigan market back when they bought centurytel's wireless division. you must be over in detroit?

Yes they offer service in the entire state except the Thumb and Detroit. They have the best overall coverage out of all of the carriers. They may be able to move into the Detroit area by buying out metro or purchasing new spectrum at the 700mhz auction.
