a rep or tech please hel[
can someone please tell me what the problem with "my account" on the alltel website. i could log in but i can get to my circle numbers!!!
is there a tech on here that can verify that there is a problem because when i call alltel some say the fixed all the issues and i shouldnt have a problem while others say they 'think" theres still an issue

its down....the "my account" is not working now

Ever since they changed to this new system for My Account it has been up and down a lot. Keep trying. It was up this afternoon. I used it for my personal account and my demo line account.

Alltel re-did my account and made it a whole new thing. They have had some kinks but they are trying to work them out, the my account will be running smoothly by the end of the month if not before!

i can log in, use every window except the my circle. it will ask me to choose an account (i only have one) but in the left hand corner where its soppose to say my account # it says in red litlle letters "this potrait is unvailable"
so im not able to change or see my my cicle numbers!!!! its all about patience--ill wait
