u520 help again....
I just got this phone as a replacement and i am trying to figure some stuff out. I got a cable/software package (the driver for Samsung phones) so i can put mp3s on the phone. All my pics/ringtones were deleted when i switched this card out of my old phone and the u520 reformatted it. Anyways, how do you set the mp3s as ringers. I still got them saved on my computer and i have put them on the card, but all i can do is listen to them....Does anybody know a way of putting your own ringtones on this phone? please help.

You have to move them off the card onto your phone just stick it in your sounds then you can set as ringtones.

you can't put anything into the "my sounds" folder by using a cable. when you hook the phone up to the computer using the cord, the only available folders are video, images, and music. the phone doesnt let you put or move anything to the sounds folder. however, i used a link from howardsforum which tells you how to use your data cable and bitpim to edit the sounds so you can use them as ringers.
