Just like anything else in life, I am guessing Celltop costs something.
I'm lazy and I love PS so can anyone tell me what the rates are for the Celltop before I press the left softkey and start racking up fees?

Yes, it takes minutes when you access it on the phone. Other then that it is free. You can get a 10 dollar add on that makes it not affect your minutes. But if you use it just to access the weather or scores every few minutes it doesn't take many minutes to do that....at least for me....
