Need help with PPC6800
I have lost my battery and other such icons on my Today Screen on my PPC6800. I just got it yesterday and was playing with it and lost them! I want them back and can't find it in the manual.

Try this, Click Start, Settings, Today, Items, then check the HTC Home Plug and hit OK and see if that helps.

Have you done the upgrade to wm6? if not don't worry about it back up all your contacts and run the upgrade, it will format ur phone anyways will bring them back..

Do NOT count me among the droolers or those going ga-ga over the 6800. The number of business/power user issues corrected by Alltel/Apache is easy to remember - 0!
In fact, they removed the headphone jack. In my biz, communications is among the most important things. Nothing compares quality wise that I've found in the bluetooth stable compares with the old standard hard wired headset with boom mike and rotary volume control. When I'm cruising the interstate in major traffic, I need great sound quality, and a simple volume control, so I don't have to fumble with micro-keys. Neither did they fix the problem where you can't store an adequate number of biz contacts because you can't store them on the ROM ...

that is your choice The phone does what I need it to do and love it for it, show me one better at doing what it does in the same price range and data plan range. You get what ya pay for, I have never seen a phone to handle 3500+ contacts. If there was a demand for that kind of use on the alltel network then i wager they would put one out but you are the first i have ever heard of that needed that many contacts daily..
