As far as I know the Krazr wasn't DOAed and has been working fine since they first DOAed it. It has been dicontinued though and won't be sold anymore as it was replaced by the Razr2.

The krzr is on extended doa. if you are having problems you take it back you can get credit for the krzr (what you paid for it minus the rebate if you got one) and pay the difference for the razr2. At least that is how they are having us doing it in market 450.

I would hope so... you people that are constantly trying to scam the system make prices high for those of us that are honest and don't attempt insurance fraud. Please, grow up.

wow i didn't know that having a 3 month old phone that locks up and has a alarm clock that works when it wants to was doing insurance fraud, i was fine with them sending my phone in for repair, but i'm not so fine with getting a refurb replacement phone. you grow up! ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Your message implied you were trying to get a new, better phone, for nothing. A new refurbished device should take care of your problem, so it shouldn't matter.
