Phone Dilemma

My current phone is on its last legs. The battery is declining. My phone goes from fully-charged to about to die after only a 30 minute call. It has been almost 2 years since I bought the phone so it is time for a new one.

So what's the problem? I don't like any of the choices I have with Alltel. Does anybody else think that Alltel's phone variety is lacking? I can't complain about my service and I am on a family plan where my monthly costs are pretty low (which keeps me from switching) but I cannot seem to decide on a replacement for my current phone.

Any suggestions from what is available? I want a dependable phone with good reception, speaker phone, and an intuitive interface. I would like a Qwerty keyboard, but I don't want to spen...

no I don't think it is. I have the lg8600 and love it. We just bought a wave for our son and I almost like it better then the 8600. And the snap wasn't bad but not many features!

It amazes me. Alltel users think they are lacking sprints thinks theirs are verizon thinks theirs are. The grass is not greener its only a different shade!

One day we will hopefully get to pick any phone to use with our preferred carrier, but until then, each carrier has phone selection limitations I guess ... so yes, some of us are not going to be satisfied.
