But my name is listed correctly when I open My Account.

yeah I noticed my main line is missing and can't get the min for that one unless I call the automated number. But everything else worked.

Got it 1/2 working now.
I can see my secondary line, my circle numbers, but not my primary line.
Called customer service, they submitted a trouble ticket and said it should be corrected with in 24 hours.

yeah my main line is gone too. It happened when they changed my account number!

They shouldnt have to put a trouble ticket in to get all of your numbers to appear in myaccount its an easy fix for customer service

since alltel upgraded myaccount it has driven so many calls into Customer service. It has and still has many issues. They need to fire whoever in charge of the website a hire legitimate webmasters
