Motorola Q9C/Q9M Updated From Original Moto Q

Does anyone know if this tentative model will make its appearance at alltel anytime soon? I am wanting a new PDA Phone and my contract ends soon, but I don't want to spend the full $300 for the new Palm Trio. Thanks!
