Manhattan has evdo coverage. If you go to alltel.com and look on the data services map it will tell you it is there when it is available

Yes they plan on launching and have in a few test markets rev a. But only a few phones can do it.
After that they will likely just go lte...but who knows these days. Seems companies are always changing the sign out front....
