Call Center Blues

Ok, I work in an AT&T call center. the policies for us, literally, change every flippin' day! I'm wondering is it JUST AT&T's policies that change every day or is it with every carrier?

HA! I thought you were going to work for an Alltel Agent? Shame. Do you actually work for AT&T or are you working for an outsourced company like West Telecommunications in one of their call centers?
