Got a wierd one.

I haven't tested this myself yet, but I have been told that people calling me before 9:30 or 10am get a message saying that I am temporarily unavailable. I talked them this morning around 10 and they called right back and the call went through. I never have any problems any other time of the day. The rep I talked to seemed to think it is a problem with my phone, but it never happens any other time of the day and I would think that if it is a problem with the phone, calls would go straight to my voice mail. Any thoughts on this would help.

Probably need a power cycle or A *18. Boy that is a weird one. If that does not help call tech support and put in a trouble ticket.

Thanks, I'll try that. Never heard of *18. What does that do?

It just reregisters your phone on the network. you dial it and it will just hang up and it gets you registered on the network and resets you in the switch. Nothing big but it will help certain problems.
