hey there in alltell, im a rep with former attwireless, now cingular. We have NEVER been told here that alltell has taken over some markets, just suncom. no info whatsoever in my system- here was the situation, any input would be great! 🙂

I had a cust on the line from TULSA, OKLAHOMA

he is a former att wirelss customer and keeps getting letters from alltell saying that they will be taking over his acct within the next couple of months.

pulled his acct up and viewed poet(att/cingular program)- comes up as NON divested, and that he is able to migrate to cingular. But yet, when I use ESNET (equivalent to csp-another system) it shows that at one time this market was divested.

there is no info on ALLTELL anywhere in our systems-...
