Contracts and Upgrading Phones
I signed a 2 yr contract long ago (almost less then a yr left now) to save a few bucks on the phone I bought. Now I'm stuck with this darn terrible phone because Alltel and every company doesn't let you upgrade without paying full price for the phone. What do I do? I should get a 25% discount off any phone for working for UNC. But my local store won't honor that. At least then I could get the V710 for what with 25% off and the 6255i for what?

I work for Alltel at the Renaissance store in Durham (across from Southpoint mall). Come see me I might be able to help you out. If you at least have less then a year I can probably let you sign a 1 year contract and give you your 25% off.

But why should I have to sign a 1 yr contract to get the 25% off which should be allowed for working for UNC (state)? Plus with all these so called awesome phones coming out, I may have to wait.
