The phone's been out for Verizon for a while, if they haven't gotten it yet, they probably never will. That's my guess.

Alltel does not have an EV-DO system implemented that would make the e815 more useful than the v710. It is practically the exact same phone, but with an EV-DO chipset and a brushed metallic faceplate......oooooooh.

Alltel only has like 7 markets that are EVDO so evdo phones will probs come out 1st quarter 2006 and Audiovox 6700 end of November is also EVDO
