Alltel tied a company bonus to hitting a certain stretch goal of operating income of 2.176 billion and a customer service rating of over 87!! THE customer service part was a real stretch seeing how the highest during the 1st three quarters was 84% but hit 87.1 to win the bonus!!!!The operating income blew out the goal and also Wall Streets projections so on top of that another great quarter for dividends. Way to go everyone!!!
