Workaround for Blackberry 7250?

Do I need the blackberry plan .... or can I just add unlimited access?
I am not going to use enterprise servers or push e-mail ... I just want unlimited web browsing!
Anyone have any ideas?

Alltel requires the data plan due to the push email part of it all. Kinda sucks, but at least it is cheaper than the aml part of it.

Unfortunately, there is no way around it. The blackberry will not operate without it. My boyfriend had the blackberry for a minute, it is just too expensive. He didn't use the email part of it or anything...He also just wanted to do web browsing...nothing big. I wish that I could tell you that you didn't need the email plan, but you do. Sorry.
