Razr bluetooth
I have the HS500 and it will not work with the razr. If you call moto they say that it is a known problem with that headset and the only one that will work with the phone is the hs850 and they will send you one. I flashed mine with the new software and have warranty replaced my headset twice and still it no luck.

The phone always disconnects and the headset powers off and will not reconnect unless the phone and headset are power cycled. Its not just my phone i have had many people come into my store with that problem

it maybe your headset but i have use a h500 with my razr with no problems
