I get a new phone in the upcoming months, and I have begun doing some homework.

I want a good quality phone with all the perks (camera and such) and I am willing to spend 100-150.

A question I had was this MobiTV, is it new? Is it worth the $9.99/month?

My brother got it but then got rid of it, was cool he said but he just didn't use it enough. And on a small screen it's not as enticing.
