text / picture messaging
i have alltel, its national freedom 600 / texting whatever i aint sure that shouldnt matter tho.. but i can send text, but pictures won't go through anymore. they both used to work but now only text can get through and not pictures.. what do yall think?

are you in the extended network when you are trying to send the pictures? if you are hitting another carriers tower, you can usually get a text through, but not a picture/video.

hmmm... i would take it to a service center to have it reprogrammed. unless alltel can do OTA programming, in that case, try that.

OTA is over the air programming. verizon has it, basically you can call a number (*22😎 and it will update the roaming capabilities of your phone. lets your phone play friendly with new partner towers.

ah.. well I dont know of anything that's changed so Im kinda confused about what the problem is, I messed with it for like 2 hours tryin to send messages and I can't get it.. and alltel's phone line will have me on hold for like 30 minutes and I still dont get an answer.. is there an email or chat or something I can go to?
