Is it time to upgrade to the Treo 650 or PPC6700 now? I heard they lowered the unlimited data plan to $39/month.
However, does one still need to pay for the $19 all access pass to send pics and text, or can that be done unlimited through email and email attachments?

As you have been told repeatedly, with the smartphones all data features are handled differently. You do not use mobileweb and text messaging. Everything is web based. Please take the advice that is given to you. You have personally ruined the Alltel portion of this forum.
