Can I use the Q on Alltel? Is it locked to Verizon? Is this possible?

check out my previous post discussing data services on CDMA phones...The Q can be used as a phone on Alltel, however data services require software in the phone to be that specific carrier's...i.e. VZW phone on Alltels network must have Alltel software
