It depends...are in a Alltel or Sprint EVDO market? if you are you may want to go with the E815. The LG doesn't have EVDO. And Sprint's EVDO is supposed to be used by Alltel customers by the 3Q of this year. However the LG has PTT while the Moto doesn't overall as a phone the E815 is still better then this LG.

nice phone...lots of features for the money...
the drawbacks to the phone are...you can't transfer mp3/pic/video's with bluetooth and no specific text messaging ringers...
