Ok alltel doesn't stink but there customer service does~~!!!!
Ok so i changed my mind, alltel is great, there plans are cheap, the service works great and great reception, except in my basement. So only the customer service is bad and if you have a problem with your phone you are toast~!~!!!!

That's not fair either, but at least you're moving in the right direction. It really depends on the store that you enter, and the rep you talk to. You may get someone that has had a crappy day, and transfered it on to you. I do my best to treat every customer as I would like to be treated. I train my people to do the same. Just keep your head up man, and you'll find a good rep!
