If I'm already on this all access pass for $19, does it automatically upgrade to the new one with the walkie talkie? And of course I'll need to get a walkie talkie enabled phone now, lol area there any with cameras?
...
no, just like the AML -> OSPE you must req the change...
yes, the LG ax 355 has both
...
When will this new $19 access take effect, and is it unlimited push to talk with anybody who has it?
...
The new All Axcess Pass with T2T for $19.99 is a seperate feature package and will not include Axcess Web or the $5 Axcess Apps download credit. The T2T package gives you unlimited private and group walkie talkie minutes as well as, Unlimited IM, Unlimited text, pic and video MMS. Sending or receiving a pic or video will use airtime though. If you want that package vs. the one with Axcess Web & the download credit you will need to contact CS to have the feature changed
...
Will the T2T be unlimited as much as you want with say my brother or Mom and doesn't use regular mins? Will they also be releasing new cam phones to go with it?
...
Will I be able to T2T my mommy. Are you 12??
...
You mean your Mom WANTS to hear from you??? I doubt that very seriously. Anyway, I figured you still lived at home in Mom's basement behind a locked door...locked from the outside obviously. Down Snuggles, down.
...
LOL how did you know?
...
it took effect Wed, unlimited with Alltel T2T like its always been
...
Here's the rub about T2T to me...why bother when I can call you for free...?
When the T2T services go cross-network, then I'll look at them. Before then they're pointless.
...
Nextel (now Sprint...) has always had a big draw to their network due to Walkie-Talkie...maybe just cuz it's free with their service...
I personally don't think Walkie-Talkie with EVER be cross-network. Sprint/Nextel will never allow this to happen. Why would anyone want their shi!!y a$$ network if they could use another network's walkie-talkie service to use with Sprint-Nextel's customers...?

Seeing as how there is a deal in the works with Verizon, in exchange for a better roaming deal, I see it happening...maybe before the end of the year (not that there are any phones out that would work with it, software would have to be re-done), but likely next year.
