Please Help!!!!

I'm thinking of switching from Verizon to
Alltel to join the circle to save money. How's the service with Alltel? Customer service? For those of you that live in the midwest how's the service? I live in Missouri, I would like to know. Thanks

It depends on where in Missouri you live. There are a few spots in Missouri that are still under served by Alltel. However, in general Alltel is a pretty good company to deal with (IMHO) and I live in the very rural area of far western Oklahoma. One of the other nice things you get from Alltel is the lack of the restricted UI on the phones that Verizon was (is?) using.

I only keep alltel for their unlimited texting! Otherwise i would have been to verizon like a year ago...i just got the 815 and i am on my third one in a week! But it does not have the veizon UI Alltel has good coverage i guess!

I can't speak for Missouri, haven't been there with my phone. But Alltel really does just as good of a job with their network as Verizon. I often edit the NAM on my phone and test out each network when I'm in an area where both have native service. Overall Alltel does a great job with their network, but I'm sure there are areas where it needs improved.

I think you will like it. It is basically Verizon with T-Mobile prices and a more customer friendly attitude because they aren't in the huge markets. The My Circle option is great, I have the 1000 minute plan with two lines and use maybe 2-300 minutes anytime minutes and about 2,000 my circle minutes.

Customer service in general is good. You will get those that do not know what they ar...
