Split decision...
I desperately want to upgrade my craptacular Kyocera KX5 Slider. I'm currently with Alltel, but Alltel does'nt have any phones that appeal to me.
Verizon on the other hand has the LG VX8600 and the Samsung SCH-A990.
But, if I transfer to Verizon I lose the comfort of MyCircle...I'm now out of contract so I can move as I please.
Any advice?

I understand where you are coming from. I have been up for an upgrade but I am trying to wait patiently for the Moto Q...I have heard rumors that Alltel is getting the lg 8600 and the samsung 990, but the question is when they are getting these phones. I can't answer that but hopefully soon.

Rumors are end of first quarter, so March seems most likely, however, this is only a rumor, and the last rumor had the V3m hitting the street weeks later than it actually did, so I would expect something to launch around V-day in Feb.

Actually yeah...The KRZR is just the RAZR with a few minor add ons...Nothing I'm impressed with.

man u don't need to be like that. express ur opinions but don't be rude. and ya, alltel did the responsible thing and recalled the devices and replaced them with good units. i think they handled the situation better than the others that put a phone out before it's good, and finds out later it has issues.
