Qwest appears to have a conservative strategy when evaluating phones. From what I've be able to glean when talking to CS, they go for reliability over style, although most Motorola's I've seen except for the Razr appear pretty durable. Qwest is slowly getting more competitive in the wireless game, but they still have alot of catching up to do in phone offerings and marketing if they want to capture a bigger market share.

I did hear a rumor that they will be adding 10+ new phones in late 07 to 08. We'll see...
