The DSL for 19.99 for 12 mo is only in Az and Ne and for new customers only and that is 1.5m speed.

I have Qwest cell service and have had for the past 6 or 7 years.. in the past year or so, they wrote and said my cell phone would not work with their upgraded digital service.. so, they sent me this Motorola phone, what a piece of crap... VX60X.. a true piece of crap! I am so sick of missing calls, disconnecting people trying to answer the damn thing.. I can't get Qwest to replace or even give me a deal to purchase a new phone.. they want me to sign a new contract of which I won't, why should I? So... if I want to give up my good plan, I can go anywhere and get a decent phone, or stay with my good plan and suffer with this piece of crap cellphone they sent me... any suggestions? thanks...

If the phone does not work, or you can not get service, it really does not matter what plan you have, you could have a $10/month plan that is unlimited everything, and it is a waste of maoney. If you can not use the phone or the service, then it is not a good plan. my advice, find a carrier that works for you, at least you could use the service. I would not even want a phone that I can not use, if I wanted a phone that I could not use, I would never get one in the first place.
And do not forget, qwest does not have their own towers anymore, you are using sprints system, qwest is just re-selling sprint.
