Lost My Contacts
Oh my god, my phone crashed like 20 mins ago and I've lost all my contacts, does anyone know some way I can get them back or anything I could do to prevent this happening next time?

well tbh it's always a good idea to even if you haven't had this happen to you before as it happens to everyone!.
but i do feel sorry for you because your post was quite pathetic lol, i use FYP website to back all mine up, and they've recently brought out a new app for ios markets, recommend it to you, hope it helps

You should sync your iPhone with iTunes and back up your system, contacts, and other info regularly. Restoring from iTunes is quite easy.

What version iOS were you on and if on 5.0 or higher, did you enable iCloud to back up your contacts? If not, their gone if you didn't ever sync them on your computer.

Check to see if you had an icloud account. If not that, at some point in your past, you had to have plugged it into itunes. If neither of those, start using them on your next phone.

icloud is good although if your phone broke and you choose to get a blackberry for example you wouldnt be able to restore any contacts from icloud because you wouldnt have an iphone
