iphone 4S will not turn on
Make sure your LCD flex is connected correctly to the board. Have you tried plugging it into the charger? Sometimes that will kick it on. You might also try a soft reset by holding the power button and home button until the apple logo appears (approx. 20 seconds). If none of those work it could be a defective part.
